Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SMS SoundBox mobile application ("App") operated by One91 Networks Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

SMS SoundBox is a mobile application that provides:

• Audible announcements of banking SMS (credits, debits, balances)
• OTP detection, display, text-to-speech reading, and clipboard copy
• Fraud detection to flag suspicious or phishing SMS
• On-device machine learning to improve SMS parsing accuracy

All processing occurs entirely on your device. The App does not require internet connectivity for its core functions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only on devices you own or are authorised to use
• Use the App solely for its intended purpose of personal banking SMS management
• Not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Not use the App to intercept, forward, or misuse SMS messages belonging to others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. SMS Parsing Disclaimer

The App reads and parses SMS messages using pattern-matching algorithms and on-device machine learning. While we strive for accuracy:

• The App may not correctly parse all SMS formats from all banks and financial institutions
• Transaction amounts, sender names, or account details may occasionally be parsed incorrectly
• The App should not be used as the sole record of your financial transactions
• Always verify transaction details with your bank or financial institution
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information displayed by the App

5. Fraud Detection Disclaimer

The fraud detection feature uses on-device heuristics and pattern analysis to flag potentially suspicious SMS. This feature:

• Is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole method of fraud prevention
• May produce false positives (flagging legitimate messages as suspicious) or false negatives (missing actual fraud)
• Does not guarantee protection against all types of SMS fraud or phishing
• Should be used in conjunction with your own judgement and your bank's security features

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of SMS parsing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One91 Networks Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any financial loss arising from incorrect SMS parsing or missed alerts
• Any damages arising from fraud or phishing messages that the App failed to detect
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, algorithms, and all related intellectual property, is owned by One91 Networks Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without written permission
• Sublicence or sell access to the App

9. Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing a Premium subscription:

• You agree to Google Play's terms of service for in-app purchases
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify Premium pricing with reasonable notice

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstallation, all App data stored on your device is deleted. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability.

11. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, security patches, or changes to existing features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App. Updates are distributed through the Google Play Store.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services (e.g., Google Play Billing, Android Text-to-Speech). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One91 Networks Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
